भगवद गीता अध्याय 14 श्लोक 4
Bhagavad Gita Adhyay 14 Shlok 4 में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुन से कहते हैं कि समस्त प्रकार की जीव-योनियाँ भौतिक प्रकृति में जन्म लेती हैं और मैं उन सबका बीज-प्रदाता पिता हूँ।
श्लोक:
सर्वयोनिषु कौन्तेय मूर्तयः सम्भवन्ति याः ।
तासां ब्रह्म महद्योनिरहं बीजप्रदः पिता ॥४॥
Transliteration:
sarva-yoniṣhu kaunteya mūrtayaḥ sambhavanti yāḥ
tāsāṁ brahma mahad yonir ahaṁ bīja-pradaḥ pitā
अर्थ:
हे कुन्तीपुत्र! तुम यह समझ लो कि समस्त प्रकार की जीव-योनियाँ इस भौतिक प्रकृति में जन्म द्वारा सम्भव हैं और मैं उनका बीज-प्रदाता पिता हूँ।
Meaning:
O son of Kunti, it should be understood that all species of life are made possible by birth in this material nature, and I am the seed-giving father of them all.
तात्पर्य:
इस श्लोक में स्पष्ट बताया गया है कि भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण समस्त जीवों के आदि पिता हैं। सारे जीव भौतिक प्रकृति तथा आध्यात्मिक प्रकृति के संयोग हैं। ऐसे जीव केवल इस लोक में ही नहीं, अपितु प्रत्येक लोक में, यहाँ तक कि सर्वोच्च लोक में भी, जहाँ ब्रह्मा आसीन हैं, पाये जाते हैं। जीव सर्वत्र हैं- पृथ्वी, जल तथा अग्नि के भीतर भी जीव हैं।
ये सारे जीव माता भौतिक प्रकृति तथा बीजप्रदाता कृष्ण के द्वारा प्रकट होते हैं। तात्पर्य यह है कि भौतिक जगत् जीवों को गर्भ में धारण किये है, जो सृष्टिकाल में अपने पूर्वकर्मों के अनुसार विविध रूपों में प्रकट होते हैं।
In this verse, it is clearly stated that Lord Krishna is the original father of all living beings. Every living entity is a combination of material nature and the spiritual spark. These beings are not only found on this planet but on every planet, even on the highest planet where Lord Brahma resides. Living entities exist everywhere even within earth, water, and fire.
All such beings appear through the union of the material nature, which acts as the mother, and Krishna, who is the seed-giving father. Thus, the material world holds living entities in its womb, and at the time of creation, they appear in various forms according to their previous actions.
