Bhagavad Gita Adhyay 7 Shlok 11
Transliteration:
balaṁ balavatāṁ chāhaṁ kāma-rāga-vivarjitam
dharmāviruddho bhūteṣhu kāmo ’smi bharatarṣhabha
Meaning:
I am the strength of the strong, devoid of desire and attachment. O best of the Bharatas, I am also the sex life that is not contrary to religious principles.
The strength of the strong should be used not for personal aggression or oppression, but for protecting the weak. Krishna says that He is that strength which is free from desire and attachment.
Similarly, sex life, when not against religious principles - i.e., performed for procreation within marriage is also considered Krishna Himself. That is why responsible parents should aim to raise their children in Krishna consciousness.
